It’s possible to rent our event space for your (private) event. Check out the prices below.
Regular price: €35,- per hour (ex 21% VAT)
– minimal duration of two hours after 7 PM.
Weekend price :€45,- per hour
– minimal duration of two hours
Cleaning costs: €25,-
– These costs are one-time costs.
– 1 Can koffie or tea – €7,50 (+/- 5 cups)

– Use of the projector: €25,-
– Flipover + paper + markers: €10,-
– use of the printer (only black and white) €0,10 per print.
In some cases we can give a price reduction for non-profit activities with an public character, like a meetup, debate-night, book-club etc. The activity has to fit within the values of WERF5. If you feel that your activity falls within this category, send us an email or fill in the event-request form below and we’ll get back to you about it.
